After owning 2 Kia Sorento from Kia of North Bay, we were ready to part ways. The vehicles were great but the service, not so much. Last week, we got a call from Robyn in sales and we decided to give her a chance and go talk to her. Robyn was absolutely AMAZING and educated us on so much we didn’t know. Between everything Robyn and Madison did for us, we decided to give Kia another chance. They truly both went above and beyond what we expected. Thanks again 🙂
